News: “Filled with mingled cream and amber I will drain that glass again. Such hilarious visions clamber Through the chambers of my brain -- Quaintest thoughts -- queerest fancies Come to life and fade away; Who cares how time advances? I am drinking ale today.”

BIAB Brew In A Bag
« on: December 20, 2014, 00:11:50 AM »

If anyone has any pointers and maybe some pics that would be great. The last one I tried went horribly wrong. Somehow I ended up with 5 gallons of 100% vinegar. Yeah I know, thats nuts but it was 100% vinegar when fermentation was done. Smelled and tasted like vinegar. Aceto bacteria (vinegar producing) and Lacto bacteria (lactic acid producing) is what I suspect.
If I could I would. If I don't it's because I am lazy!
