Keezer Build
« on: June 05, 2015, 02:18:30 AM »

Hey guys!
With my first post I'd like to share my current project: The Keezer!

Started out with an older freezer my dad had just sitting in his garage.  I decided to build a rather large collar around the lid to give myself some more head room.

I pre-drilled the first two tap holes and assembled my CO2 and beverage lines. I plan on adding more taps later on after I acquire more kegs.

Decided to go with a "glued" collar so I applied some silicon sealant to the rim and placed the collar on top. Piled on some items for weight and now I'm playing the waiting game.

Updates to follow!

More or less completed.  Paint is coming in later.
